A Warm Welcome from Jennifer
Hi! I am Jennifer Wells, the shop owner of SBFTH! My hubby Greg
and I bought the store in April 2006. SBFTH is now the oldest independent scrapbook
store in Oklahoma City, opening its doors in May of 2000.
I have been a part of the shop as the card instructor and the crop hostess since 2001.
After dabbling in a variety of businesses from aquatics to advertising to pharmaceuticals,
I have found my happy place at SBFTH!! This is definitely where I feel the most like “me!”
I love meeting you, our customers, and hearing your stories! I delight in helping potential
scrapbookers find their inner creative muse.
Greg has a “normal” job at Clearsight Center as the Patient Consultant. He can often be found
at SBFTH changing a light bulb, building a display or carrying bags to and from the parking
lot for our sweet croppers.
SBFTH is staffed with a group very talented ladies we call the Lovies. We have Shop Lovies,
Instructor Lovies and Designer Lovies who are all ready, willing and able to inspire and
advise you! Their brilliant creativity never ceases to amaze me!
We are here for you! Scrapbooking is a wonderful hobby! Our goal is to provide you with
everything you need to record your precious memories. We aim to couple a sparkling, fully
stocked store with stellar customer service! Come experience SBFTH! I bet it will soon
become your “happy place” too!!
What You'll Find Inside...
In early 2008 the store got a complete facelift
inside! New carpet, paper racks, product displays, and the Creative
Cafe Art Bar. Along the top border of the walls are signs that
indicate the categories of paper and embellishments located in that
area. Right behind the Art Bar is a wall of tools: paper trimmers,
punches, refill blades, scissors, CutterBee
products,
circle cutters, and more. Towards the back of the store we have an
amazing selection of Bazzill Basics cardstock. In the very back is
the ever-useful Accucut die-cut machine and plenty of shapes to keep
you busy. In the middle of it all we have our cropping tables: 24
cushioned seats with cup holders and personal trash buckets to keep
a cropper happy! And what scrapbook store is complete without
Disney, Making Memories, and
QuicKutz? We have a large selection of
their latest products as well! In fact, we
are
a Platinum QuicKutz store! We have many organizing supplies from
Cropper Hopper, Making Memories, and Clip-It Up! If you haven't
browsed our ink and paint section you have missed out on the
Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist, Maya Mists, and Ranger inks. Another favorite
product of most customers is Stickles glitter paint! If there's any
product you need and can't find, we can probably special order it
for you!
The Art Bar
The Creative Cafe Art Bar is a fun addition to the store. On Saturdays we have Happy Hour where you can make an inexpensive (or sometimes free!) make and take. Any other time of the week you can come in and select just the products you need to make a quick card or page layout. You can assemble it all right there at the Bar and purchase only what you need for your project. Plus, Creative Cafe has provided us with some really clever idea recipe cards...how much easier does it get?!
